Meatstock returns in 2026, and tickets are already on sale.

Yes, this year is going extremely fast already. Tickets are now on sale with the announcement of next year’s artist line-up.

After the heartbreaking weather-related cancellation earlier this year (ahem, cheers for that Cyclone Alfred *insert eye-roll*) - Meatstock is officially making its triumphant return to Toowoomba, and it’s shaping up to be huge.

Mark your calendars for Friday 10 April and Saturday 11 April 2026, because the Showgrounds will once again transform into a smoke-filled, music-fuelled, adrenaline-packed celebration of barbecue culture, live entertainment and classic Meatstock chaos.

Festival Director Jay Beaumont says coming back to Toowoomba for the festival’s tenth year feels extra special. This city has always turned out in a big way for Meatstock, and 2026 promises to be the biggest version yet. Expect families camping together, long afternoons around the smokers, cold drinks, great tunes and the kind of festival energy only Meatstock can deliver.

The Jack Daniel’s live stage will fire up both days, with a stacked lineup of country favourites and international talent. Friday kicks off with Bryan Martin (USA), The Wolfe Brothers, Max Jackson, Rachael Fahim and Briana Dinsdale. Saturday brings Morgan Evans, Chase Matthew (USA), Austin Williams (USA), Lane Pittman, Hayley Jensen, Denvah and Abbie Ferris.

If you’re here for the BBQ (and let’s be honest, you are), all the festival icons are back. The Heat Beads BBQ Wars will see teams from across Australia and beyond battling it out for bragging rights across multiple protein categories. The Australian Butcher Wars return with blades flashing and skills on display, while PBR Bull Riding adds pure, high-adrenaline chaos to the mix with the toughest eight seconds in sport.

And in true Meatstock fashion, the entertainment doesn’t stop there. Expect the Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, Beard & Mo Wars, Arm Battles, the Sausage Sizzle Throwdown and more. The BBQ Expo is back with everything you need for your setup at home, and yes, if you’re feeling bold, you can even get inked at the on-site tattoo studio.

For anyone making a weekend of it, accommodation options are easy. Stay at a nearby hotel or B&B, or camp at the Showgrounds with caravans, RVs or tents. As the sun sets, the festival lights up with a massive fire show and a full fireworks display, the perfect way to wrap up each night.

Meatstock Toowoomba 2026 is set to be the ultimate weekend for barbecue lovers, music fans and anyone who’s up for a bit of organised bedlam. It’s loud, smoky, delicious and unapologetically fun, and it’s absolutely worth the trip.

Tickets are already on sale, with day passes and weekend passes available. All details can be found at www.meatstock.com.au/toowoomba.
