Budget airline Bonza has officially launched from Wellcamp, connecting Darling Downs residents to the rest of the country with three new flight routes.

With travel well and truly back on the table, whether you’re missing family and friends or just yearning for a sunny holiday, the creation of eight new weekly flights – which depart from and arrive in Toowoomba’s Wellcamp Airport – is giving more choice to people living in the region and making it an exciting time for travel.

Each week from April, there’ll be four flights to Melbourne, two to Townsville, and two to the Whitsundays – the latter of which is currently unserviced from Wellcamp. Not only can locals take advantage of the new access to popular tourist destinations, but it’ll mean the rest of Australia will have the chance to see what makes the Darling Downs region just so special by holidaying here.

A quick search of the “Fly Bonza” app showed flights to the Whitsundays for $59, Townsville for $71 & Melbourne for $81.

Flights are already on sale, so it’s time to start planning your next vacation!
