Complete Body is not a set and forget kind of gym. The group fitness classes are based on 12-week training blocks with optional fitness testing in the first and last weeks. With strength training, internal weight training, cardio, functional strength and yoga, they’re structured to ensure you never plateau or get bored. There’s also open gym sessions if you want to do your own thing as well.

Complete Body offers a free week trial period, as well as single-class passes so you can see if it’s a good fit for you. If it’s accountability and coaching you’re looking for, this gym offers it in spades. In addition to the group fitness, there’s options for personal training, an all-day creche and a well-loved 28 Day Kick-Starter Program, which is a guided intro into Complete Body and a good chance to see how they train with no pressure to commit to a full membership.
