ONS Toowoomba
Hiding in the Northlands Shopping Centre in North Toowoomba, ONS is a local secret. Serving homemade pasta, pizzas and risotto, ONS Toowoomba is a simple diner run by husband and wife team, Oskar and Sue (hence ‘ONS’).
Their well-priced, generous meals are a great way to feed a crowd. There are a few tables in the no-frills café, so book ahead for large groups, but they also offer both takeaway and delivery services. Keep an eye out for their regular specials, such as their $12 pastas on Tuesday.
ONS has also introduced several gluten-free and vegan options to their classic Italian menu. If dining in, BYO wine is option, or there’s a short and simple list to choose from. It’s a great, no-fuss option for a big, delicious feed.
