Start with canapés and a guided tour of Cobb + Co's Carriage Room before moving onto Gip's and Picnic Point.


CANAPÉS – COBB & CO MUSEUM
Drinks: Glass of white wine, sparkling wine or beer
Food: Canapés of tomato, roasted capsicum & basil bruschetta with balsamic glaze, roast pumpkin, sage, pine nut and taleggio arancini, and gourmet black angus beef slider with balsamic caramelised onions and handmade beetroot relish

MAIN MEAL – GIP’S RESTAURANT
Drinks: Glass of beer, red wine or white wine
Food: Roast lamb loin, baby carrots, beetroot puree, smoked yoghurt & dukkah OR pan seared Tasmanian salmon with green pea & fennel risotto cake & salsa verde (alternate drop)

DESSERT – PICNIC POINT
Drinks: Glass of dessert wine
Food: Dark chocolate & violet torte, macerated raspberries, vanilla ricotta & raspberry sorbet
