another weekend, another round of ‘what should we do?’

Well, between pretzels, al fresco movies, and more live music than you can shake a stick at, there really is something for everyone.

WARM UP: with a $1 pretzel from The Bavarian to celebrate National Pretzel Day.

LISTEN: to some swing music at the Toowoomba Jazz Club, bluesgrass at Bar Wunder, or some easy listening by Raquelle Pedler at Kingfisher Café. Or maybe even get some tickets to the A Capella Championships for all those Pitch Perfect vibes.

PLAY: dress-ups and take the kids/friends to the Wizarding World at the Toowoomba Library.

SUPPORT: the opening of Michelle Wiesma’s exhibition at the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery.

WATCH: Small Foot with the kids (and the jumpers) under the stars at Walton Stores.

BYO: snacks to this concert of music from the stage and the screen. Quirky but fun!

ROAD TRIP: up north, visiting Emeraude for brunch, and Bunnyconnellen for a wine tasting with a view.

SHOP: for some antiques, which is basically the perfect Saturday morning in Autumn.

coming up...
