We’ve checked with our listings though, and can confirm the following will be open at these times…
Thank goodness. You can grab yourself a burger morning or night from Phatburgers. They will be open from 8.00am – 9.00pm, as usual.

Full of Life’s Ruthven Street café will be open as usual from 7.00am – 3.00pm, but the Grand Central café will be closed. For all your vegan and gluten-friendly options, head on down.
2nd Shot is serving up Toby’s Estate coffee until 1pm.
Kingfisher will be open from 8.30am – 4.30pm, and is the perfect place for an al fresco lunch in the sunshine – with a glass of chilled rosé of course.
The Finch will open for breakfast, so pop down between 7.00am – 12.00pm. Everyone deserves a freckle with their coffee on a public holiday.
World Gym will be staffed from 10.00am – 2.00pm if you want to sign up for a membership, purchase any shakes, or just have a chat. As always, the gym itself is open 27/4 for members.
The coffee geniuses behind Bunker are back, and they’re reopened the space! Keep an eye out for the full listing coming soon, but pop in from 6.30am – 2.30pm for some Dukes Coffee.
Fancy a little self-care on your public holiday? The Salt Caves will be open from 11.00am – 2.00pm. You can also opt for a massage with warm, organic oil in the salt rooms – a way to combine the benefits of both therapeutic massage and salt therapy in one. Luxury.
The Source Bulk Foods
If you get in the mood for some baking, you’ll be pleased to know The Source will be open 9.00am – 1.00pm. With an enormous variety of dry ingredients – including spices, flours and pastas – it’s the perfect time to try it for yourself. If you haven’t been before, prepare to completely change the way you like to shop.
It’s voluntary trade at Grand Central with Myer, Big W, Kmart, Target, Coles and Woolworths open from 10am-4pm.
