Piccolo Papa is a chic slice of Italy tucked into Grand Central’s Market Room. As outlined by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana (the body that controls what gets to be called a 'Neapolitan Pizza'), Piccolo Papa uses very specific ingredients: Italian '00' flour, fresh yeast, Italian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, San Marzano Tomatoes DOP and fior di latte mozzarella.
