Burrow
Since moving to Toowoomba a few years ago, Natascha Egger had dreamed of opening something locally after her years managing Brisbane institution, Au Cirque. Together with Clemence Demouzon, a designer by trade, the curious little cottage we've all driven past a thousand times has been transformed into a sweet, comfy brunch spot.
With an all-day breakfast menu and Allpress coffee, Burrow was always bound to be a success. Take a seat in the small, sunny courtyard out the back and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
