Opening early weekday mornings as a café, and keeping the drinks flowing well and truly into the night, Muller Bros is bustling whenever you happen to visit. A daytime place for a work lunch, as well as a place to frock up and dance the night away over cocktails, Muller Bros has become an absolute local institution.
The two-floor venue is divided into several distinct sections: downstairs includes the café, the restaurant (open for lunch and dinner) and an internal courtyard, while upstairs you’ll find an open air rooftop bar. The bar is known as a highlight of Toowoomba’s growing nightlife, while the restaurant is famous for its churrasco, a dramatic Brazilian-style slow-cooked BBQ.
Dinner reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends, which tend to fill up weeks in advance. The rooftop also fills up quickly on a Saturday night, so come early to secure a place and watch the sunset over the city.
