Mouse Proof Brewery
Built inside an old dairy factory in North Toowoomba, Mouse Proof serves up over 30 original brews made with love on-site, as well as local favourites like Pechey Distillery Gin. It’s a cosy, familiar-feeling brewhouse, that’s all about sustainability and a simple, kicked-back time.
The bar’s name is a nod to the ‘mouse-proof’ shed that co-founder John Bennett once lived in - and now, it’s synonymous with good beer and great company. Here, you’ll learn all about where your beer comes from and grow a huge appreciation for Aussie agriculture’s role in brewing.
But Mouse Proof doesn’t stop at beverages; the crew serve up fresh burgers, tacos, loaded fries, and even meals for the little ones.
They’ve even got branded growlers you can purchase and refill with every visit - that’s almost two litres of your favourite brew. Plus, you’ll get $5 off when you bring yours in, so you can feel extra good about doing your part for the planet.
